The Expo halls in Roeselare are also accessible by public transport.  You can take the train to Roeselare station.  On the NMBS website, you can easily plan your train journey.

From Roeselare station, you can walk to De Coninckplein (220 m) and take bus 30 (Roeselare-Staden-Houthulst-Diksmuide) and arrive at the Expo halls of Roeselare after 10 minutes, at the 5th stop.

Or you can take bus 1 (Station-Fazantendreef-Schiervelde-Station) and arrive at the Expo halls of Roeselare (swimming pool) after 14 minutes, at the 9th stop. You can easily check the departure times of the buses on the De Lijn website.
